So, we're staying at The Polynesian this coming August. Where better to have breakfast after a 10 hour journey across the Atlantic than at The Kona Cafe.

We've got reservations for 7:30am so we can get some good food then head off to The Magic Kingdom for opening time.

I have this vision of tucking into Tonga Toast every morning of our holiday but with all the will in the world i'll probably just have it a couple of times. It's a treat food....but what a treat it is.
